Hey guys. Since the discussion continually comes up re: last year's team and the naysayers (and apparently AAU coaches) want to lump all the blame on Capel. How about this?

I know several of you guys have connections. Why not try to get an interview with Willie, Tiny and TMG. I'd TRULY be interested in their take now that they are away from the program.

I'd love to see a chat with TMG. Does ouhoops.com have a translator? :ez-roll:

BOB, why would you reply to my post when you know I can't read it.

I'm not sure what you said, but I can guarantee you this...I wasn't banking on YOU getting the information I requested...:ez-roll:

Nothing about what TMG posts is jive.... That is disrespectful to jive talkers, IMO....:ez-laugh::ez-laugh: TMG speaks gang affiliated Swahili. They take swahili code, and personalize it to their respective gangs. The lingo is used to confuse the police and prison officials..... Looks crazy, sounds crazy, but they totally understand it, and if you are a good cop in a big city, you better understand it because the hit order on you may be hidden in the jibberish.

so he's ALREADY preparing himself for prison life?

sad ... very sad.

Is it actually based in Swahili?

UNKNOWINGLY. They never know that they are preparing themselves for prison, or worse, because most are blinded by the environment. Prison may actually be a good stop for a kid like him. Contrary to popular belief, there are alot of positive influences who know the talk, and can walk the walk, and they thrive in prisons.... Some are reformed inmates who may never get out, others are guards, and volunteers, but many are able to break down the walls that guys like TMG build out of fear and insecurity.

Jmizz in da house!!!!! (not the "thrive in prison" part)...

:ez-roll:

Sometimes the admin use those guys to reach kids that would never listen to a guard or a counselor. Think about the Scared Straight shows. For some young guys who have a chance to turn it around, the best teacher is a 50 yr old cellie who has been down for 25 yrs with no date. Many of those guys pay their debts to society by trying to reach the young inmates who still have a chance....
