Is this the year Kornet finally breaks out?

Is this the year Nicole becomes the starting shooting demon we all expected her to be? Is this the year she takes over on the boards and gets really tough on defense?

Nicole hasn't been a dud, but she really hasn't lived up to her reputation. She has certainly shown signs of being better than she's played. I think she tries hard every practice and game.

I think she's a nice person and great for the program. She seems to be well liked by everyone.

But can she make the jump? Will Sherri give her the chance? Will she meet the challenge?

I'd like her to do it. I think she deserves it. I like the kid.

Both have outstanding ability that has shone at times but far from consistently so for them to breakout shouldnt surprise anybody. If they do we would be VERY difficult to handle.

Kornet is a nice player but I think there is a good chance she will come off the bench this year.

I am going to hope that something that I thought I might have seen (how evasive can you get) might be the case. I wondered if Kornet might be the type who was being somewhat deferential to the "stars that be." At times, she looked like she could do everything that anyone on the team could do. But, she also had trouble completing it. I want to see her take the lead a bit to see what happens.

She has to catch up with the speed of the game and play more under control, especially on defense.

I think she will start. Sherri likes experience on the court.
