More and more kids tend to go to school where their AAU team is sponsored.
Not saying it will happen here but it happens.

I doubt he's coming to OU whether we signed this guy or not.

I guess this shuts down the chance that Keyshawn Embry signs with OU. With Lazenby and now Bienemy, I would guess the focus is on a big man for the last 2018 scholarship.

It doesn't sound like we were gonna get him either way, but I'd be willing to bet a lot of money we have another open spot for 2018.

OUInsider shows him as a 4-star player who is the 121st best player in his class. One of the comments I read is that he's about to explode up the charts his senior year...Michigan was trying to get in on him. He chose OU over Oklahoma State, LSU and Creighton.

Quentin Grimes probably, I think OU is all but out for Moore.

I don't see us getting Grimes now that Bieniemy is on board. LK wants Jamal to play the point when Trae is gone, so I don't see us signing another PG in the 2018 class. Besides, we need to use that last ship on a big man in this class.

I agree that Grimes will not come with Bieniemy.

Joe DuVall says the OU staff is "giddy" over this commitment. Sources have said Bienemy is a cross between Isaiah Cousins and Kam McGusty. It sounds like Carlin Hartman was the lead recruiter and was relentless in his efforts. Also, Lon Kruger won over Mama.

I heard an interview on KREF with Jamal and his dad. Sharp guys! I also didn't know that the old CU football star, Eric Bienemy, is Jamal's uncle.
