Jenni Carlson doesn't like it...

Somebody email her and tell her to go to the state fair grounds and report on the Home and Garden show; it's more suited to her journalistic talents.

She is better looking in person.
It's all relative.

Bewwy Twammel say Lon Kwuger is no wisk.

What's that famous saying??

Stupid is as stupid does?

That's it. Forrest must have been thinking of Jenni when he said it. In fact, his dream girl's name was Jenni. How ironic.

Is her editor afraid to stop her from writing nonsense? Is it a affirmative action thing? If a man wrote some of the articles she has written he would have been fired or at least had his byline taken away.

Buzz was an exciting possibility. But I don't feel like we in any way settled for Lon. The Buzz flirting and Marquette's overpaying him just made it easier for our fans to get used to the $$$ it would take to land Lon.

Every article written by Jenni feels like a letdown...

I didn't think it was possible, but her expectations of our new hire were even more unreasonable than some of the posters on here.

Well done, Ms. Carlson.

Lon Kruger has a proven track record of winning over 20 years. Buzz Williams has done a decent job the last few years. I would have loved to have him. But I think we need experience and a guy that will run a clean program for sure. Nothing against Buzz there but he's basically been a major coach for a few years. How many guys have coached 25 years and at major schools with no NCAA problems?

Oh god.. it fits now

coolm is Jenni Carlson

Finkle is Einhorn! Einhorn is Finkle!

Jenni is not a great writer, but most of the people who love to bash her couldn't do her job any better.

I should add that I don't think she did a great job at making her point, but I understand her point.

Buzz would have created more of a stir with his hiring, but there was more risk that he would not have succeeded. Lon is less glitter and dancing, but he is proven and I think we got the guy we needed. Her point is that there is less jazz and more waltz, but as long as we dance, who cares?
