I was proud to see a close game like most, but 10 minutes after the game I am tired of all the moral victory posts. We are freaking Oklahoma. We once beat Baylor 1000 times in a row. We are a top 30 program, we should not be forced to celebrate freaking moral victories. Moral victories should be reserved for 8 and under soccer.

I agree. It's sad it has come to this but that's the hand we as fans were dealt this year. Gotta celebrate the little things. Tonight there were 5 guys that played really hard. Let's hope it continues...

Well, you can either make Fire Capel posts/rants after every loss for the last 15 games or try to have fun with it. The former doesn't really bother me (I find it funny actually), but it's so bad at this point I'm going with the latter. I still reserve the right for an occasional meltdown though, and I do agree that Capel sucks, FWIW.

I know it's tough, I was excited and very into the game late in the half. I love the Sooners and want us to win, after that excitement wore off, reality set back in. It just sucks being a fan right now. This is better than being a texans fan though. They toy with my emotions by teetering at mediocrity. At least it's obvious OU is not good so I don't get my hopes up to have them crushed.
