The third leading scorer on UVA last season, the 6-foot-1 Sammy Zeglinski averaged 8.9 points and 3.8 rebounds per game. He was one of the few returning players on a team that, like OU, will be relying on a lot of newcomers. Sammy was also 2nd in assists, 4th in rebounding and 1st in steals, last year. He was #1 or #2 in all those categories (including scoring) among returning players.

Nice find. The Virginia team is a lot like OU. Similar season last year and possibly this year. Hopefully we end up better off than they do.

If we lose to Kentucky then beat Virginia, does that mean we would likely play Witchita State? If so, does anybody think we can beat them?

I know if we lose both games we'll likely play Chaminade like we did 4 years ago. Hopefully we can beat Virginia though.

Another thing that I found interesting is that if we play Virginia in the 2nd game we will face James Johnson, the power forward that chose them over OU. Will be interesting to see who looks better, he or Nick Thompson, two similar players IMO.
