Kruger talks to Webster...

At a minimum, Kruger HAD to be talking to Webster about Julius Randle.

Which is very good news.

I'm going on record saying that I think Webster would be a better hire than Terry Evans as the last assistant position.

He brings the OU alum/Oklahoma native connections that Evans has, but he also taps deep into the Texas AAU scene.

How deadly was Webster's turn around fade away?

Jeff Webster is a VERY underrated player from OU's past...he was a great player...

Amen to that one. Had one of the greatest turnaround jumpers I have ever seen in person. Sometimes it even looked like was not looking at the basket.

Sorry gutter... You already said that. It was sweet.

I think Jeff may be a great choice but OU could not recruit his AAU players due to rule changes, if I heard correctly.

As long as Kruger hired Jeff in one of the three fulltime recruiting positions it would not matter. The rule you are referring to was put in place to keep schools from hiring coaches in operations, video, or other made up titles just to get players.
