I'll pose this question though, do you think the Big 12 has a team that is in your top 8 right now? I mean I don't think a Big 12 team, as of now, is better than UK, Duke, Wisconsin, UVA, Louisville, Arizona. After that it's kinda wide open. Gonzaga is really good too.

I would say that, right now, there isn't a Big 12 team better than any of the above teams. But from what I've seen, you probably need to tier the above teams:

Kentucky
Duke

Louisville
Wisconsin
UVA

Gonzaga
Arizona

You could make an argument for Texas being as good as Arizona or Gonzaga, if they had a healthy Isaiah Taylor. I also think KU, OU, or even Iowa State could beat AZ or Gonzaga on a good day, but I don't think I don't think those teams are at that level yet.

Texas with Taylor healthy and Iowa St with McKay eligible are both top 10

Saying that the Big 12 is weak is simply one of the most moronic things one can read, on any board. But the ACC is really, really good at the top. It's better than the top of the Big 12 but the Big 12 is much deeper.

Kansas St is, at best, the 6th best team in the conference and they might be 8th best. The Big 12 is really good.
