KU at OSU

Those days off the announcers said Self has given his team since the OU game? I predict they will practice every day this week! hahahahahah

Even when OSU wins, they really lose. Extend Travis Ford now!!

Seriously though, this win will really boost OSU's CBI resume, might even bump them up to the NIT.

That is awesome. Very well done. How did Mitchell Freaking Solomon play?

It's worth noting that, according to Kenpom, a road game at OSU is more difficult than a home game against ISU....seriously.

I guess I can see that based on early conference results (a road loss and home loss for ISU). OSU has now won 2 at home and a close loss to OU. Home court does typically mean a lot.

Sat out most of the first half with foul trouble and didn't score. Played fairly well in the second. He finished with 6 points (all from the free throw line) and pulled down 4 rebounds.

Gotta feel a lot better about OU after that one.

From what I've seen out of Kansas this year, they seem to have multiple weaknesses and they really don't have a "go-to-guy" (unless you count Perry Ellis) as has been mentioned previously. We all expect Self to piece it together at some point because he has so many times in previous seasons. But I'm not sure that he has the talent/pieces to work with this year. KU is still really good, but they appear to be more vulnerable this year....or so it seems.

I don't see self and his high-low offense that he usually has.

Huge opportunity for us. A win Saturday would be gigantic.

They don't really have shooting guards like they usually have. They have 2 PGs and a penetrating guard and a real good post.

KU is still real good though and can pretty much beat anyone any given day and I can still see them making a run this year. May still win the conference.

This game each year has become the most inexplicable thing to me in all of sports. I cannot wrap my head around how this happens every season.

LOL at facebook lastnight. KU fan getting all the little pokes fired up.

I saw "atleast we aren't a one sport program"

Yes, osu, tell us more about your horse judging national championships

KU's football team is so bad, some might argue the Jayhawks are a one sport school.

Opponents may never let OSU live down the hype surrounding their horse judging championship. I had no idea horse judging was a competitive... uh, "sport?"

Didn't Cleopatra also have a horse judging competition?:)

I've never actually seen a KU football fan out in the wild, although I have heard some tales that they do exist....however until further evidence is provided, I will remain skeptical.:D

I actually have friends that GO TO KU FOOTBALL games...lol. At least they are loyal!

One guy said their 2 pg guys weren't highly recruited...not sure.

The whole 1 sport thing...that's what pisses them off...all their eggs are in the bball (boys) basket.

At OU, you've got:
FBall
W BBALL
M BBALL
Softball
Baseball
GYM (both men and women)
Heck even Tennis has done well lately (I believe M were #1)
