March Madness Sunday Games

Watching Loyola Chicago is like watching a coaching clinic. The players seem to set screens and run plays instinctively. They react to what is happening on the floor, they don’t need to call a timeout to diagram a play on the sideline.

Loyola Chicago is so well coached, #1 seed Illinois has no answer for them on either end of the floor. Their fundamentals are nothing short of amazing!

I think Loyola is the better team. They are so fundamental on both ends like you said. They are who I want us to be.

Like being one of the best teams on Ft%, turnovers, & fouls?

B10 is being exposed it seems.

The "Fighting Illini" are waving a flag and its color is white.

Exactly. He finds the guys he wants to run his system, some guys who would not see as much playing time on a lot of other teams They are fun to watch for the true basketball fan.

Rough start for the Big 10 with Purdue, Ohio State, Michigan State, and now Illinois out.

Like recruiting skilled basketball players that may not look the part instead of project "athletes" that often can't play. And then coaching them up to buy into a team system, not one-on-one ball.

Underwood is an idiot. Zero adjustments and he had time to prep.

Loyola is tough. Well coached team. I picked Illinois to win the NC in most of my brackets, to avoid competing with 75% of the brackets that picked Zaga. Never thought they'd lose this early. I knew Loyola was well coached, but that is a team that lost to Drake, Wisconsin, Richmond, and Indiana State during the year, and really didn't have any wins better than Drake.

Always difficult to measure teams like this that play nobody during the season. They definitely should have been seeded higher.

I'm obsessed with Krutwig

Porter Moser is a fantastic basketball coach. Those guys are so disciplined. The anti-Texas. What an abomination that game was last night.

CBS trying to break record for most commercials during a game

I will be very happy if we play Zaga as tough as Wisconsin played Baylor. Baylor kept them at arms length but never blew it open. Plus I think Zaga is better than Baylor.
