I can't believe that just happened. Never seen that before.
I want to see any OSU fan come here and defend that type of behavior.
He should be suspended for the rest of the season, going into the stands after a fan is totally inexcusable.

I could not believe my eyes. That piece of * should be arrested. Whoever said in that one thread that that POS might end up in jail, but got ridiculed was absolutely right. I can't believe that garbage. Why wasn't he thrown out? If I was that fan I'd press charges. Ridiculous!

Smart went all Ron Artest toward the end of that game. I have never seen a college player go after a fan in the stands before.
He is completely out of control now. A technical was not enough. The officials should have toss him out of the game for what he did. No way the Big 12 conference can let that slide. I wouldn't be at all surprised if he is suspended for OSU's next game, and maybe beyond.

I am by no means a Smart fan, nor am I condoning what he did; but I wonder what that fan said to him while he was still on the ground. I mean, he was doing fine on the ground being helped up by a fan, and then pops up and gets in that dude's face. Crazy! It will be interesting to hear what actually happened from Smart's perspective. Also, I wonder if he is suspended by the league for at least one game. But I believe the phrase "meltdown" is apropos for what is going on in Stillwater.

I saw that as well. That was a pretty solid push. The official only gave him a technical, but the Big XII will suspend him for a game. I'm sure the guy said something to him, but you gotta just walk away. That's twice he has lost his composure in the past week or so.
I had to laugh when the announcer referred to the fan as "elderly". The guy looked like he was in his 50s, maybe early 60s.
This OSU team has really fallen apart...didn't think they would lose to TTech.

Guys I was the one who said smart reminded of some of the thugs I use to arrest and to night provide it. I ref college ball for 25 yrs and the fans do get out of hand with their words but there is never a reason to go after a fan. Big 12 needs to step in before the lawyers for the fan do. I do like what oswho go down. Down four out of five
