Over/under on wins in Maui for OU would be 1 right now, and I may take the under. It is probably the most stacked field I have seen, with the exception of OU, in a preseason tourney. At this point, we would be lucky to beat Chaminade, imo. Any way we can back out still?

We need to create a schedule like A&M had in the first couple seasons with Billy G, where all they had to do was simply show up.

How does Maui work again? Is it like a tournament or a round robin?

With UConn, Kentucky, Michigan State, Virginia, Washington, Wichita State and Chaminade on the schedule, I think it would be very tough for OU to win a game out there.

Obviously, playing Chaminade will be key.

No, remember, "we don't run from competition". At least that's what I was told a month ago when I mentioned this.

Maui is one of the few things we have going for us in recruiting.
