this is frustrating, some guys are in worse shape (unless than just had bad mile runs)
lol, are we really comparing mile times?
what else you want to talk about?
Start a thread about it then.
We have one of these every year and its bball related. Nothing wrong with seeing improvement from mile times. If it wasn't important, why time them and why release them to the public?
exactly....
Question, it seems every post player has gotten worse in terms of mile times. Could this be maybe because they have been working on getting stronger in the offseas maybe slowly them down because of added muscle mass?
Some guys just aren't very fast. Has nothing to do with being in shape. Luckily, not once this year, will the mile time ever come into play. That is, unless they really lengthen the court.
I would much rather see their shuttle times and verts (standing, running, etc.). If Fitz improved his overall strength, vertical jump and lateral quickness, i can handle a slight drop in straight line speed. I think that is true of all the posts.
