I wonder what game thats from? Either they took a pic from a time during the 2nd half of a game, or they photo shopped a few pics together.

I would go with photo shopped. Because it looks like this would be taken from the sideline on a fast break. Judging by the way his body is positioned and where he is looking. And it becomes even more obvious, since you see the NCAA patch on his left shoulder. That would mean that its a tourney pick "shopped" with a pic of the crowd behind him.
