Awful call. I would get kicked out if I was a college coach and my team was scratching and clawing to get back into a game and you call that trash.

Should have been an offensive foul for sticking his leg out. What is the official looking at? His one job is to watch what happens with the shooter. SDSU probably didn't deserve to win, but those kind of calls are so frustrating.
