Coach Crutch is a good coach and our best recruiter, by far. I shudder to think about where we would be if he ever leaves.

Gotta hire good assistants. We can't be crippled when guys inevitably leave. Because if you hire good assistants, they should be leaving. Outside of rare cases like Cale Gundy, who is just content to be where he is, if you aren't moving onwards and upwards after a while it tells me you're probably not good enough.
