Posted on TOS, but Harkless changing away from #24 makes me curious if there is maybe something planned this year to hang up another one in the LNC.

Agreed.

And I still don't know why or understand why we don't have a second number 10 hanging up there.

All American, Big XII POY, 3rd in the Wooden, led the nation in FT %, Big XII champion, and defined heart, hustle, and hardwood. It's past time to put up his number.
