Payne is taking a visit to Kentucky this weekend.
Kentucky fans on rivals seem to think he is theirs to lose but I think they think that for any kid who lists Kentucky now a days.

He'll go to UK or KU. Ohio State isn't even recruiting him.

Don't count out Michigan State for Payne and Zeigler either, for that matter. Zeigler will either go to Central and play for his father, or to State.
