OU's class easily competes with or beats the other good classes in the Big 12.. Texas looks like the best one. Some really good talent coming into the league.

Oklahoma State
3 four stars and a 3 star.
#84 overall player
#126 overall player
#131 overall player

Texas
Insane class. 5 star and two 4 stars
#15 overall player, Will Baker, 7'0'' 250 center
#78 overall player
#51 overall player

Texas Tech
3 person class
#1 juco player Khalid Thomas
#39 overall player Jahmius Ramsey
7'0'' 255 3 star

TCU
2 4 star guys

Kansas
Two 4 star players

Kansas will easily end up with the best class, I'm sure. But I'm amazed we somehow managed to outdo Tech . . . has our program finally found a way to match that juggernaut? :)

Right when I announced that Texas Tech was dead to me, they became good.. Not sure what to think of that.

247Sports has OU’s class ranked at #9, Texas at #11, OSU is #14, TCU is #16 and TTU is at #20.

I agree that KU will be on that list somewhere, but darned if I could find the class they signed. Two four star guards, Isaac “Mackey” McBride and Christian Braun are listed as hard commits. I’m betting KU will slow play some of their recruits until they know how many players on this year’s roster will declare for the NBA next spring. Just a guess on my part.

I think that is because so many of the elite recruits these days wait till spring to choose a school. So schools like KU, UK, Duke, etc., usually don't have their full class signed till very late in the process. KU will lose several guys off this team to the draft, and they will almost certainly replace them with nothing but four and five star kids.

Agreed. I edited and added that to my post.

Must be nice to be KU!

KU will buy plenty of 5 stars in the spring. They always do.

Pay for play in Lawrence, ks.

2 of OSU havent qualified yet... its still early.

Will Beard stay at Tech? Seems like he'll be gone before long...!

What recruiting service is this? I saw OU tweeting they signed 3 top-100s and the top Big 12 class

After the spring period, I expect OU's class to be 20-25 in the country and that is pretty dang good.
