CJ seemed to rebound better than anyone else. Neal has stroked some nice 3's in past games. Maybe they should play a bit?

If I'm Capel I play Neal, Newell, Fitz, and anyone else that's young as much as I can. Give them experience for next year. Because I don't see us beating anyone with our guys that have played a lot like Pledge and Cade Davis. Neal hasn't really played that much since he looked really good for part of that one game a few weeks back(Virginia?) He started the next game but then didn't play much.

Blair makes some good plays on offense at times in the half court. But he looks horrible if anyone puts pressure on him all the time. I would like to see Newell start from now on and play more.

Won't make much difference. We will still turn it over against any type of pressure, and we will lose a little offensively, negating whatever defensive help he gives. We just need to upgrade our talent at every position.

Newell, Davis, Clark, Neal, and Fitz. Give these 5 the most playing time possible. The 3 freshmen need to learn to play at a high level because they have the talent to potentially be that good so does Fitz. I don't see any potential in Blair,

If we lose games with the younger lineup, that's fine with me. We need to get these guys experience. Newell and Neal are 2 of our more talented players as far as skills go and they hardly play. With a team lacking talent you need to play the talented guys you have.

i like that, and i like leaving davis out there like you said. He is a senior and has earned his spot

We basically see Newell taken out with any mistake he makes, then Blair makes those same mistakes half a dozen times after that and still plays.

True, just think Blair gives us a better chance to win now. Just rotate them more?

this... Clair seems to have a much longer leash than Blair and that puzzles me. It all goes back to questioning Capels sub patterens

NOPE, I would go with Newell, Davis or Pledger, Clark, CJ, and Fitz. With Fitz and Clark we are so f****** undersize, that's why Fitz get into so much foul trouble defending. By the way I would fire Capel right now if I have a choice. He is so inept at subtitution and rotation

Just knew what to expect from a Sampson coached team, tough defense solid guard play, and the team always played with a hunger...Watching the past 2 seasons has really been difficult for me because i grew up during the Sampson era, and right now the Capel era is a sinking ship with most of the crew already jumping off....Trying to stay optimistic but not seeing any improvement from young players in this program. He cannot keep having his best talent either run off, be kicked off, or whatever offed.....He needs to start finding the right players or sadly a change must be made.
