Since we got off the conference slide not too long after I posted the original "Streak" I thought it'd be nice to try the same mojo on the other little slice of nastiness that plagues our program. I'm talking, of course, about our woes away from home.
Since defeating Utah in Salt Lake City on December 12, 2009, we have lost 19 consecutive games away from Norman.
Of those 19 losses, 17 have been by double-digits.
In those 19 losses we have been outshot by our opponents 18 times.
In those 19 losses our shooting percentage has been 42.49%.
In those 19 losses we have been outrebounded 15 times.
In those 19 losses we have been outscored 1,480-1,211.
In those 19 losses our average defeat has been by a score of 77.9-63.7.
We have not led an opponent away from Norman since the 15:28 mark of the Cincinnati game in Oklahoma City on December 18, 2010, a span of 115 MINUTES and 28 SECONDS of time on the court.
We have not won a game outside of the Lloyd Noble Center in 412 days.
