I cannot stand Lon's unwillingness to run actual plays/sets on the offensive end of the court.

Fine. Last year we had the best guard in the game, and an experienced group of guards in general. They probably didn't need it as much. But this team is young, and doesn't have an offensive identify. Why not make it easy on them at times? Why not run some sets to get some guys open looks, or open lanes to the rim? No. We just let a bunch of young guys run a motion offense and struggle. smh
