=====Oklahoma vs. Kansas State Gameday Thread=====

Graham is by far the Big-12 POY. I'd give the COY to Beard though instead of Self.

Why? Trae is by far the better player and means more to his team. Why should Trae be punished for not being surrounded by big time recruits and Graham rewarded for it?

Apparently most posters here think the only difference in Trae being PotY is his college choice. By their logic if he went to Kansas instead he’d be PotY.

It’s all part of the deal

Once in a while MVPs are on losing teams, but it’s the exception

But he wouldn’t have had the same numbers at KU, would he? I thought it was only about numbers?

This was the worst Kansas team Self has had. Next year their loaded.

...and it was still the most talented team in the confernce by far.

Self is a very, very good coach. But winning the conference with the most talented players even though they’re slightly less talented than usual doesn’t seem like a bit deal to me.

Who did KU offer from all the other teams in the league....

1. Young
2. Mamba
3. ?

82-73 at 1:03. Timeout KS

I forgot Weber always burns all of his timeouts no matter how much his team is down.

But Trae is a generational talent. A good example is Kevin Durant winning the award in 06-07 on a mediocre Texas team, that same year kansas went 33-5 with Sherron Collins at point guard

exactly....people think ku has "****" talent..whatever. I love our players cause they are Sooners, but I would trade any of them, minus TY in a heart beat...

I would guess TT players are on a lesser level OVERALL and they were in it til today.
