Good win. That’s all I will say for now

No 0-for-February!!!! Easily our best game since beating Kansas at home.

I recorded the game and just now getting caught up....looks like the game in is hand. When we hit our 3s and we are fairly engaged on the defensive end, we are a pretty good team. I thought Trae played very under control for the most part. We had four players in double-figures, so that is always a good thing. I thought our post guys settled in after a shaky/so-so first half.

It looks like they have stopped the bleeding....at least temporarily. But even in a nice win, there are a few things that still make you want to pull your hair out.....baby steps I guess.

Yup...still need to go 1-1 in our last two games to lock up an NCAA Tournament bid. No celebration yet beyond just screaming "Finally!!!!"

yes, but when we don't it usually leads to fast break points, long shots = long rebounds..hence the lack of engagement in D

whew i can breathe a little bit... great win and I liked how we attacked the double at the top of the key on trae a lot better today.

boomer lets win the next 2 !

Glad that we had a good game. Does that calm the storm a bit?

Anytime you end a 6 game losing streak you have to think so especially how we controlled the game - looked much better defensively contesting shots until the last 2 minutes or so.

and thats the part that so many forget. on those long rebounds we can just give it up and have no chance of anything other than 1 and dones until we start hitting so we can scurry back in xition or we can try to play the boards and get buried by numbers in xition. those long misses wreak havoc with defense.

The fear of the long board should never deter a good shooter from taking a 3

lol...true, didn't stop my step-son today. 0/5 from 3 the first half, I THINK 5/5 2nd half..or 5/6. Ended with 19. BUT after the game I told him the best thing I saw him do was a great block out on a FT, completely sealed the kid off, perfect technique.
