Anyone know why? My guess is he is sick like everyone else in the state.

(What's the nature of the ailment that's going around? My wife and I just got back from OKC, and she's under the weather. Wonder if she caught it.)

If she has it you will know. It's a 48 hour bug that, how should I put it..comes out both ways

She might have it then, though it's been only one way so far for her (no, I won't get more specific).

On a scale of 1-10, mine is only a 5, but it's lasted 4+ days. My daughter has the same thing and she's on her 6th day. We think we caught it from the other daughter's baby - but she denies it. ;)

I am bumping this thread. Surely (and don't call me Shirley), someone knows why Osby was not on the bench. BigTime? Sam? Ouhoops11?

Which one denies it? The other daughter or her baby? :ez-laugh:

My entire family had it about 2 weeks ago... Worst 2-3 days EVER.

I was out of commission Tuesday and Wednesday. Just now getting back to a sort of normal feeling.

Since he can't play this year it might be possible he was allowed to stay home a couple extra days for Christmas break.

That's what i was thinking...maybe he just went home for Christmas and was granted a little extra time...

i still have some positive left in me!

Since he has a young daughter this wouldn't surprise me.

If the past is any indicator, I say he's gone.

If your post was meant to be serious, I sure hope you're wrong.

I read dozens of posts and stories on MSU fan boards, blogs and newspaper articles, and found nothing to suggest that Osby left there under circumstances that might be a clue to his absence from the team on Thursday. The majority of MSU fans appeared to be sorry to see him go, and some blamed Rick Stansbury.

The posts on these web sites are fairly typical of what MSU fans were saying when Romero left:
