meh ... OU gets a lot more out of this game with the shore playing well. they needed a game chasing 5 quick little bugs all over the court. this will help them in the long run.

Did someone say we were 32 point favorites to win? It's scary that we're losing at halftime to the easiest team on our schedule by far. The game is not televised where I live, but seeing that Maryland Eastern-Shore is burying their 3-pointers, I'm guessing we made a collective decision to not play much defense.

Our offense is pretty limited after about 2 or 3 guys. That will be a big issue come Big 12 play

I mean they are beyond awful.

The problem is we aren’t nearly as good as we thought we were a week ago.
Brady Manek has not improved as a player since he’s been here. He doesn’t even look like he’s putting in the effort a good portion of the time.
Doolittle is as inconsistent as ever.
Harmon will likely be good but he’s still a freshman with a lot of work to do.
Beineimy does a lot of things well but also seems to disappear a lot.
As is predictable with a Long Kruger team, we can’t finish around the rim. And the defense as a whole has just been awful.

That said, we will win by double digits. Either that or we won’t win 5 games in conference.

Not playing their zone defense effectively. Our defense has been terrible. Not much energy. Not sure why Lon saved 3 time outside. It was pretty obvious he needed to regroup.

We were tied at half in the first game, led by 1 against OR St, and have trailed in the other 3 games including this one. Hopefully we play well/better in the second half again.

Maybe this OU team just doesn't play very well at home. Maybe it takes being on the road in an unfamiliar environment to get their attention.....I don't know. Tonight, I thought the effort was good initially, but last part of the half was embarrassingly putrid. Lon doesn't appear to have his team's attention tonight.
