OU vs miss st 1pm cst. ESPN2

When in doubt, go with the 3/14 guy..

Ill take any win. Just puzzling

Phew... Bailed out by a terrible call on the Doolittle drive and absolutely horrendous crap by Reaves.

Nice win though.

It was a bad call on what should have been a jump ball, however the most horrendous call of the game went against us when Brady was fouled on the 3 and we had to take it out of bounds.

It was a fair trade since Manek shoot have shot 3 free throws on that foul they called on the floor.

That was unconscionable

Naw that’s not a fair trade, I would rather have Brady with 3 free throws and give them the jump ball

Overall a horrendous game. We were lucky Perry was in foul trouble for nearly the entire game. If he plays his usual game we probably lose by double digits. Manek is playing well and Williams shows flashes but other than that I just don't see us improving much at all. It's frustrating.

There’s a lot to be disappointed about but winning is always better than losing. That felt like an important win for our postseason resume. Thankful for the win. MSU is a good team.

This team has many flaws and looks great and horrible within the span of a 40 minute game. Take the W and move on.

It could all turn on a dime for all we know.

OU won a physical defensive game... didn't think they had that in them, so its good to win a game against a solid team in a different way. I thought they would have to shoot really well to win and they didnt, because Perry being in trouble all day changed the dynamic.

It is a nice resume win, for sure. Doesn't happen without Kur and Alondes. They are the MVP's to me.

They stepped up huge. Good to see.

Well said! It’s obvious there is room for improvement in a number of areas. But, I’m happy for the win just the same. The selection committee will not add the “what ifs?” being tossed around here to this win. It will count as a quality W on our resume against a good MSU team.

That's it in a nutshell.

On Reaves: the kid can be frustrating as the devil with his poor shooting and shot selection. But can no one here see that he rebounds really well and can get his team an easy basket by finding a teammate down low with a great pass?

Reaves does contribute even if his shooting/shot selection have been atrocious. That's why he's still starting and getting starter's minutes.

Couldn't disagree more. There are plenty of guys that can rebound and make a few passes without going 3-14 from the field and 0-4 from the 3 point line. He only had 3 assists and 5 rebounds with 2 turnovers, so I don't know why you think that is some amazing contribution.

Disagree... Reaves is hurting the team and as the game slows down for Alondes we will rely on him less unless he gets his act together.

I'd cut his minutes back like was done to Harmon and start Kur, Brady, Doolittle, Hill, and JB.

You would start Hill over Williams? Interesting, there's a case to be made for both... They are definitely both high-energy athletes.

I agree bring Reeves off the bench until he settles down, but this lineup would provide no spacing & only 1 player to be a playmaker.
