Ok, so I have noticed we are heavy on guards/wings at the moment and very light on Posts/Center/Forward and will be even more so next year after ViVi graduates. My question is, who, if anyone, are we going after for 2018 to fill in this void down low.

I'm not interested in the 2019 or 2020 class, I want to know who we will have coming in for next year after ViVi to back up EJ. Thanks guys!

It's a double super secret and I dont want to have to kill you.

Yo'myris Morris from Arkansas has been listed between 6’1-6’3, and has an official visit scheduled for OU.

Uchenna Nwoke from Texas has been listed between 6’4 and 6’6 is another player might be looking at, there was said to be a tall visitor over the weekend, it’s possible it was her...

Stephanie Soares 6’6 Center, I’m not sure if she’s in Texas or not, it was reported she might have moved to Washington, is another player OU follows on twitter...

All the kids listed could turn out to be great players, but the kids who could be our “Next star” post are in the 2019 class.

If you will remember, we had no idea that we were recruiting Mandy, Shaina, Taylor, or Madison until they committed. There wasn't even a rumor about any of them. There are at least a couple of rumors about post/power forward types. Twitter shows a couple following OU about whom I have heard nothing, and I would love to have either. I don't know if there is the polished post type this year. A good, athletic prospect might be preferable. Prince is committed to Texas, and I wouldn't be surprised if they got Egbo. But, there are a couple in Texas that I wouldn't mind having more than them.

I believe Madi had been to OU on an unofficial visit sometime in 2016, some people knew she was looking at Ou.

But don't you remember? He's not interested in the 2019 class. ;)

Per raoul Morris official visits are as follows:
Arkansas 9/9
Florida 10/6
Miss St 10/13
TCU 10/20
OU 11/3

The only reason I say i'm not interested in the 2019 class is because i'm interested in who we will have coming in to sub for EJ or even start at center next year after Vivi is gone. Hopefully we get someone solid or EJ steps her game up dramatically!

At this point, I just want to recruit talent. I'll be more concerned with specificity when we have guards who can shoot and interior players who can fight on the boards, regardless of size. I don't like having a non-athletic bench or players who are mediocre shooters.

I rather like what I have seen. With Ana, Shaina, Jessica, Tatum, Taylor, Madison, and now, possibly, others like Rokia, we are bringing in scorers. The idea is to put the ball through the hoop.
