That mostly depends on how active your local alumni club is. Years ago, the OU Club of Austin used to occasionally arrange a dinner with the team the night before. I don't think that's happened since Courtney left though.
You might also see if the Fastbreak club has anything going on. They are a very active group. I bought tickets through them for a couple of years, until I realized that I could get better seats right behind the bench (and families) on my own. Nice guys to deal with.
