Prep Spotlight: Oklahoma City Metro Player and Coach of the Year

Recently though he joined the Woodards and other Memorial teammates on a visit to Norman for the Oklahoma vs. Oklahoma State, Bedlam match up. On the recent visit he was told the following by the Oklahoma staff, “the Oklahoma coaches told me that they made a mistake in not offering me a scholarship.”

Interesting. In the handfull of times I saw him he kind of reminded me of Ernie Abercrombie.

Good write-up as usual, William.

Good article guys.

I watched a bunch of EMHS games this year and I think a bunch of schools made a mistake by not recruiting Obi. He is a natural leader who doesn't get rattled. He reminds me a little of a poor man's Tony Allen. Strong as hell with an average outside shot. Great defensive player who is not afraid to take it to the rack.

If they have good coaching up at W Illi he will become a dang good player.

Jordan Woodard will be a top notch D1 PG. It will be interesting to see how good he can become the next 2 years. Pretty sure he is still 15 yrs old. I predict he will be a top 25 recruit in 13.
