That's a good idea. I haven't dabbled with lists very much, but that sounds like a very good use for them.

I'm on twitter and message boards. When I'm looking for news or to catch up on current events (like when I'm on the toilet), twitter is my app of choice. I check it a few times a day but it is a lot of work to try and get everything. I just resign myself to the fact I'm not going to see everything.:OUbball-logo:

As others have said twitter/facebook is better for following things. Message boards are better for interacting.

I like twitter because it's easier to stalk high school athletes.

Honestly though, any breaking news I try to stay away from twitter after the initial flurry of information. Look at the Malaysian Airlines fiasco, because everyone is trying to be the cool person to break a story, there is tons of crappy information out there. Guess the same goes for message boards, but twitter takes it to a whole new level.
