Recruiting Question for William, Sam & Greg.

Or anyone who has heard anything on the recruiting trail.

Since it sounds like we have a good shot at signing Grooms, and with all the PG/Richardson talk lately, who are the Big men Kruger is recruiting? I've seen a few names tossed around that Capel was looking at, but nothing official on the Kruger front. Or is this staff content with just signing Goff.

You guys do an awesome job! Thanks for any info you may have.

I have not heard a single thing about post players being recruited by OU in the class of 2011.

Thanks Sam, hopefully now that Grooms has committed we will see who else if any the staff will go after for 2011. Personally would like to see them bring in a Big, but not just to bring in a body. I trust the staff will make the right decision. May be we see an offer extended to Richardson soon.

I know James Hale isn't liked by many around here but he has an update on the recruits Kruger is looking into currently. Without going into too much detail, it sounds like we are still looking at Jurrick but that's about it for 2011. It sounds like Kruger & Co. are looking more at 2012 and 2013.

I love it when James Hale does basketball updates, the only problem is they're too far and in between for my liking. I go with the theory that all the pub this program can get is a good thing. I hope with the Kruger hiring there is more buzz around the program and he sees that and provides more options for a hopefully growing fanbase.
