According to 247Sports, OU basketball recruiting has a pulse (warm/warmer interest rating) with three 2016 recruits:

I’m guessing that Terrance Ferguson is a pipe dream, and the “warm interest” indicator is out of date. There has been discussion about Temple Gibbs on this board, but I have not seen much on K.J. Santos. All the other possible recruits listed by 247Sports apparently have no interest in OU, or OU is no longer recruiting. I know there are many recruiting sites out there. Any up-to-date recruiting insight would be appreciated.

hmmm, maybe i am too suspicious. we have 3 left for 2016 (i think). so we should have enough. but ...you often have had good info. is there a potential surprise you think may happen? or am i overthinking this? do you know if sterling is really considering OU?

I really like santos, he has amazing size for a shooting guard and is such a smooth scorer.

The are currently 3 scholarships available for the 2016 class. When you say another ship could open up, I presume you are referring to C.J. Cole(?).

I hope you are not referring to someone else that is missing class or otherwise not taking care of business.

I agree. He wouldn't start but would be our 2nd best scorer. I'm not sure we need another 6'2" senior wing. I don't want to run off Buford, Odomes, or James.

even if he came, how would he run any of these guys off? They are already signed and coming, and he will be gone in a year. No reason to transfer after he graduates

Yeah but those guys getting a few 8-10 mins would now get mop up only... I dont see it happening. But I dont know.
