Last year I heard that at a certain point in the game, you could move down to the lower bowl. Is that still true?

I went to the Coppin game and just bought general admission tickets. Most of the lower bowl was empty. I thought about moving down but nobody else was and there were security people everywhere. There certainly wasn't any announcement.

Anybody know? Frankly, it would look a lot better for TV if they would move everybody down to the lower level after the game started. I was embarrassed by the telecast views of the crowd at the Carolina central game. It looked like a crowd of about 65 people went.

Thanks.

I don't believe I've ever heard an official announcement over the PA or anything like that, but last year at several games I witnessed the Capelables combing through the stands and encouraging people to move down

I have no idea if you actually can or not, but I'd say it's worth a shot. Worst thing that'll happen is someone will ask you to move back to your original seat.

I went right down there after the first media timeout at the Coppin State game

The rule is that anyone can move down into the non-padded lower LNC seating after the first media timeout. I would highly encourage all Sooner fans to do so and please move over to the eastside (the camera view side) because it certainly makes the LNC look more full.

I can't agree more...it was really sad watching the last few minutes of the game on ESPN3 replay and seeing no one there.

The yellow-vested gestapo nazi ushers were actually telling people they could move down after the 16 under timeout the first game. I was shocked.

Godwin's Law.

The CSC staff are actually very nice, so long as you don't try to mess with them. And yeah, no one should have a problem with fans moving down once it's clear that people aren't still filing in.

They may be nice, but when they're almost outnumbering the number of fans, one has to wonder what their purpose is...

They may be nice now, but in the past they have been tremendous jackwagons.
