We all know KL has had struggles over his career(along with some good games), and he's taken alot of heat especially recently. But show some class and give him applause like he's an All American, and of course don't BOO. While I disagree with some on here who want to restrict opinions on players on a message board, no college kid deserves anything like that on his senior night.

I think OU fans are too classy to do anything like that, but you never know.

he is the all time shot block leader in ou history give him respect

Like him or not, the kid is a sooner. Thanks for your time Khadeem and good luck going forward

Are there people out there who are actually planning on BOOING him at Senior Night?

I can't stand watching lattin play. Worse player that actually played since Ryan Wright imo. He is prolly a great guy and everything. But if anyone boos they'd be a huge pos and no one is even going to do that.

I had such high hopes for Lattin. There was a really encouraging article about his family that came out the summer before his freshman year. His goal was to be a better player than his grandfather. And I remember thinking if he is just half the player his grandfather was, we would be set.

Lattin gave the Sooners 4 good years. I also thought he was positive and showed a lot of leadership. Maybe he didn’t meet all our expectations as a player, but he gave 100% effort.

If I were at the game, I would give him a standing ovation. He’s a Sooner for life in my mind.

what a joke for the first half of this post

Been frustrated with Lattin this year myself, but I sure as heck respect him. Lattin was a starting center on a final four team. He's had a bad year, but he's a better player than most here give him credit for. Thank you for 4 years of solid basketball as well as the time you spent off the court representing our program with class!

I think he has had arguably the most disappointing career of any four-year player I can remember. And I disagree with anyone praising his leadership. To a large extent, this has been his team to lead the last two years, and obviously leadership is a major weakness on this team. Talking is one thing, actually doing it on the court is another. That said, I can't imagine anyone booing him, so I don't know why there would be any legitimate concern about that. Seems like a good dude from all I've heard, just a very disappointing player the past two years. No one should even think about booing.

I won’t boo KL but I’ve found it tough to be a big supporter for him since what he did at the end of the final four game. It is a perfect example of his attitude a lack of leadership and it’s effect the last two years as an upperclassmen.

Not sure if you could see it on TV, but if you didn’t see it or don’t recall, with about 1-2 minutes left In the game, he ditches his teammates and seniors on the bench and takes off on a full sprint to the locker room. I get it, the game was painful, but I thought it was terrible sportsmanship and selfish considering.

Really a stretch to think someone’s opinion on a message board translates to them going to a game to boo someone. What’s next - concern about bringing eggs?

This is flat out false

Surely no one would boo. Lattin has been a nice player for OU. I would have liked to see him develop a consistent jumper or maybe be but he has been a really good sooner. I would say and for the kid if I wanna at the game.

I was at the game and have no recollection of that.

Yeah, my seats were by the tunnel and he didn't bail before the buzzer. Just didn't stick around to shake hands.

Yep, which is why I said, the poster saying he left with 1-2 mins left and bailed on his teammates was false. He left as soon as the horn sounded, which, I think happened a few other times during the year as well for everyone else. After a loss they went to the locker room instead of shaking hands for games like Texas Tech and a few others.
