Even better, the officials are not falling for Smart's act. He still gets an occasional bogus call. But more often than not, his attempts to draw fouls is turning the tables on him.

I had to laugh, earlier in the first half Smart went barreling down the court, got to the paint with three ISU defenders back, and went stumbling and bumbling through the middle of them, flipped the ball up towards the basket and, of course, was rewarded with two free throws.

The officials have given oswho a lot of help in the second half and the two OTs, and that was an obvious flop by Smart.

Meanwhile, Nash initiates contact play after play after play and NEVER gets whistled for it.
