4 incoming freshman??
is that unusual?
Is Gasso going to sign a couple of transfers?
I will profess to no background on softball numbers management

?
We have eight incoming freshmen this year, four next year, thus far.

Edit. OK. I think I get the question. We graduate eight with four coming in next year to replace them. Well, we only graduated about five this year, replacing them with eight. Next year, we will graduate one. Of course, I think we had some players leave from that rather small class of mostly Oklahomans, as well as a JC pitcher. I don't know that we attempt to have a given number. It seems like we would like to have about twenty-one or twenty-two.

It's strange to see commits as far out as 2019. That's wwaaayyyy out there.

I think that we tend to be recruiting freshmen which is what a 2019 recruit would be this year. When I see the teams, a lot of girls their age are committed at that age. It may be that they commit that early for a top D-1 Team, but not a lesser team. I'm not sure. But, JenkinsAvenueBombers usually has recruits listed at four and five years out.

Sybarite, I know you never pay attention to my posts, but I will try again. Jenkinsavenue bombers is not completely accurate when listing commitments and never has been.
Eliyah Flores has been listed on other sites as an OU commitment for a long time. There is another 2016 commitment that you apparently don't know about.
Her name is Vanessa Taukeiaho and she is from California. Google her if you don't believe me.
I have posted this information before.

I have no reason to doubt you, and I do know that no one source is totally accurate. The most accurate source of which I am aware is now premium, and I won't pay for it.

With regard to Vanessa, while searching for her on google, I found a post that I had made on another site as of May 30, 2015.

I copied this from Speedy17 off of insider.

As much as anything else, I am trying to create a resource for what is known.

:OU-logo: Does anyone know why Destinie Lookout went or why she left the team. I know she did not get much playing time as a freshmen but she has not been the only one. When saw her hit and run on one game, I thought she was quicker than I thought she would be. The Patty is recruiting these last couple of years, even elite players coming in may have to wait their turn. However, Patty does not play favorites, if a freshmen coming in is better than the upperclassmen holding a position, the freshman will get the starting spot or moved to a position where she can utilize their talents. Patty is not only a great recruiter, her staff is very good at developing players and putting them into positions where they fit and have the best chance to play.

:OU-logo: Just to clarify may previous post. I was not suggesting that Destinie Lookout was an elite player, but she seemed to have some potential.
