A couple of thoughts:

First, this is why I never got upset that we weren't sending guys to the NBA. Sure, it would have been great, but there isn't much of a difference between guys making up the bottom half of an NBA roster, and upper-tier guys playing overseas.

Second, LMAO at anybody that questions how good AJ and Nate Carter were at OU. Those guys are hooping it up big time over there. Glad they are doing so well.

Ebi Ere is doing good over in Italy as well. I think he is in Caserta, Italy. Not sure what his stats are but I know he is very popular there.

I'm going to add a lot more in a little bit. This is just a start. Among a few others I'll post later. Ace McGhee is playing really good in Israel. Johnnie Gilbert, and Jason Detrick are still playing.

Continuing

How did Daryan Selvy score 14 points in 1 minute?! Incredible!

That has to be a statistical error. I didn't see it before but the site does list him with 14 points in one minute and 7 points in one minute in another game. It doesn't have his correct minutes there.

Thanks for putting those together Nick.

I've watched some highlight videos of Ebi and their fans are wild! Its like soccer fans meet basketball. They absolutely love Ere over there. He's hit at least 4 game winners that I've seen on video.

Terrific job, Nick. Thanks! It's nice to see where some of the great names of the past are now and how they're doing.

I appreciate the information. It's easier to see the success of past players than to look at the present situation.

Thanks Nick, nice to see our former players still have life and doing well in basketball. Great posts.

I probably need to update this thread real soon.

The bench warmers in the NBA make around 1 million per year and the average salary overseas is less than 100k per year. Thats quite a bit of difference to me.

Guys like Hollis are probably making a little more than mid salary in the NBA.

A lot of those guys took hits on this and another board. Who would you not like to have back for next year?

That can't be right.. Ere's team beat somebody 181-58? Ere had 45 of 'em. nice...

Great information. Thanks. Add TMG to that next year.

Okay I've finally gotten around to updating and I just put some of the players top games.

not even remotely close ..

average in the nba is the mid level 5+ mil a year ..
I believe I meant min salary, as in the lower salary, and that is also to add the adjusted inflation back then because the euro in march of this year was probably still almost 2-1 to the dollar. Now it's not even as much as the dollar.
