No doubt about it. I think we all know our starting five could change mulitple times throughout the course of the season. But, tonight's lineup puts everyone on notice that no spot in the rotation is safe. Kruger didn't have that option last year. This year he does, and the players know it.

This accountability stuff is amazing. Would Tiny or TMG have played any minutes at all for Kruger?

Yes. They would have played a lot but they would have first had their me first spirits broken by a real coach. Then they would have become outstanding basketball players. They were pretty good as it was. In fairness to Caple he didn't have a lot of options but that was due to his own recruiting mistakes. If Capel had several reliable three star players he could play when those guys acted up, things might have been a lot different.

I think we will see a changing line up until up to Big XII as Kruger attempts to teach and instill playing hard all the time and at practice. If a guy gets sloppy or lazy at practice I see him sitting them early to try to correct and send a message. Also will depend on how newcomers handle better competition.
