Is Ridley supposed to be back this season or is he going to medical redshirt?

You'd shut your damn mouth if you knew what was good for ya.

PS,

Sorry. One drink too many. :)

He is out indefinitely as of now. From what I've read, I think he has played literally one too many games to get a medical redshirt....plus he was probably going pro anyway after the season. They may try to get him back the last week of the season/Big 12 tournament and see how his foot reacts to game stress. But I think they are going to be very cautious with him being a big man and having that type of injury. If he does actually get into games, I just can't see him playing many minutes at all because he will also be out of "game shape".

Last I heard he was riding a bike. I kept hearing they were shooting for March. Like you said i can't see him being in any sort of shape to be out there playing.

You're right. He can only apply for a medical hardship if he has played in a max of 30% of the regular season games, and Texas has a 31 game schedule. 30% rounded up is 10 games, and he played in 11 games.

I thought I heard something about him playing this weekend

cool... then he can feel some more pain after we whip them again...

what? this would be 6 times in a row? maybe 7? Texas is a joke

OU

"Joke" actually gives those guys way too much credit.

guess I don't see them as a joke...beat wv last night, we barely beat them in Norman.

SHOULD OU win...prob. It'll be a dog fight.
