The Interception

During the 1980s, Barry's teams could not beat anyone with a pro-style offense that had a future NFL QB at the helm. Bob Stoops teams have trouble with teams that are pure PHYSICAL. That's what Notre Dame is and that's what KSU is. Both teams o-line completely dominated OU's d-line. And their d-lines got the better of OUs' o-line. That's why we lost those two games.

As for the calls, the INT call didn't bother me as much as the call which negated Blake Bell's first touchdown. If the ref wanted to throw the flag, he shouldn't have waited until Blake was about to cross the end zone, especially since it had no affect on the play. In regards to the INT, I agree the tip of the ball touching the ground causing a bounce should have negated the INT. However, with his hands placed firmly under the ball, I can understand why it wasn't overturned based on the rules for overturning. If they called it an incompleted pass, that wouldn't have been overturned, either.

I think Landry is an okay quarterback, but really looking forward to Bell. If we are not running what K-State is next season or something similar I'll cringe. Plus I think Bell has an arm.

Get ready to cringe, b/c there is no way we make that drastic of a switch. Zero chance that happens.

Klein is quite a bit faster/quicker than Bell, I'd imagine.

I'm prepared to cringe. Bell is basically Tebow with the hope of a better arm and while he doesn't have Harvin or Hernandez, there is plenty of talent around him. He can get 4 yards falling down when needed. We will see I suppose, but I am terrified that we are going to end up on the wrong side of the hurry-up "spread" era the same way we did running the "bone".

Pass Interference: Yes
Interception: No

But you can't blame the replay official.

Judging from the camera angle, it looked like the pass interference could have gone either way. But I don't think Te'o caught the ball.

Regardless, he is the best college linebacker I've seen since Patrick Willis. He completely dominated OU's offense that night.
