"Because I shake things up!"

:D

Check out the 55 second mark of this video for that gem...

I really hope he is as good as Austin Rivers.

unfortunately ... people also get tired of Caesar Salad because it gets served quite often ... so that nickname isn't necessarily a good thing.

One thing that worries me about this kid is his height. He may be a kid that has a major issue adjusting to D-1 size. Many of these shot he might not be able to get up against taller players. May have the same problem early in his career that Byron Eaton had. Sometimes when a guy can't get off the shots he did in HS it results in a bunch of turnovers. I think to some extent that has been a problem for Calvin Newell, only on a smaller scale than guys like Eaton since Eat-a-ton was a 5-star guy.

TMG didn't have a problem jacking up shots. ;)

He needs to work less on trying to get on AND1 and focus more on being a point guard (at least from this video). I'm also not enamored with his size. He's not going to get those showboat layups against 6'7-6'11 guys. He's okay but in no way a program changer (IMO).

but he is a solid piece. There are no program changers left. they all signed in the early period like most years

For sure. If he can come in and give the team 3-4 assists and 10 ppg, he'd be very valuable.

im impressed i think he will be really good.. better than TMG.. that being said i bet we finish 2nd on him..

Kemba walker, Darrin Collison, kaylan Lucas, Denis Clemente, Jacob Pullen, and many others I could name haven't had any trouble with their height.

if this kid can score then yeah I don't care if he's 5 8 like he looks on film. We're not in the position to say no thanks to any kid who has talent right now.

Like I said forget Cezar Salad, Cezar + 1, give me "Mr. Guerrero" and I'll call it a day.

Better than TMG as a player? I doubt that. He may be a better teammate, a better person and better for the program but I seriously doubt he will be better player than TMG. TMG was very good. He shot 40% from the field and 42% from 3 as a true freshman.

they call me......cezar salad

catchy. could make a comedy routine.

From reading his interviews there is little doubt in my mind that Cezar would challenge himself to be even better than TMG as a frosh. The kid has all the confidence and swagger in the world. It may be just what this team needs...

We'll see..

Well since TMG only has one year, and Cezar, if he chooses OU, would prolly be here at least 2 years then yeas in year 2 he can better than TMG was. Same goes for year 3 and year 4. If we are just comparing freshman year to freshman year then yes it will be tough
