The next 7 games

The next 7 games will be really tough. What do you think our record will be in those 7 games?

I didnt put 0-7 or 7-0 as an option because they are pretty unlikely. We shouldnt lose at home against Texas and we likely wont win at Kansas. But all the other games could be up for grabs IMO.

Plus I just didnt want people putting 0-7 or 7-0 just to be cute.

I picked 2-5 with the wins coming at home against the whorns and K-State. I also think we go 7-1 in the last 8 to give us a final conference record of 12-6. If this team goes better than 2-5 over the next 7 they may be better than almost anyone on here has given them credit for.

Thats exactly what the RPI site says we will do. 2-5 then 7-1 after that.

I think 12-5 would be better than anyone in the country said OU would do.

Win or lose at Kansas State, my hope is that they just play .500 ball the rest of the way. That should be good enough to get them a tourney invite and mayby even a 1st round bye in the conference tourney.

I picked 4-3.

Wins vs UT, @Baylor, KSU and KU at home.

If we get really lucky, we could go 6-1 with the only loss @KU but I feel like we will lose @ISU and probably @KSU.

I picked 5-2, but I appear to be alone. @KU and @ISU seem too difficult, but everything else, including our next game, is winnable (especially since we beat KSU twice last year!)

This is the stretch of the season where our non conf schedule should help us. 4-3 would be awesome but 2-5 is probably more realistic. Im going with 3-4 and a 7-1 finish heading to KC.

The more you think about this question the more you realize the importance of tomorrow's game.

I predict 3-4 but am really hoping for 4-3. There are many possibilities because I think 4-5 of these games will be decided in the last two minutes. I hope our strong FT shooting continues.

I said 3-4, but I agree with you about being ecstatic with 4-3. We're a top 20 team if we go 4-3 in this stand.

3-4 is safe. I do think we should go 5-3 AT WORST from there out, which would put us at 12-6 and playing for seed in the Big 12 tourney.

2-5 and 20-10 appear the most probable to me. I see two losses to KSU and Kansas with a wins against Texas and either Baylor or ISU at home. We follow that up going 6-2 with losses to Baylor and ISU on the road. I think an 11-7 B12 record will get us in the tournament.

Going 4-5 on the road and 7-2 at home is more than a successful season for Kruger's Krew.

I agree. KSU is beatable, but being on the road makes it tough. Todays game may be the hardest to predict of the next 7. If we win today I think we go 3-4 or 4-3. If we lose, 2-5 or 3-4.
