The final seven games on our schedule are critical to any chance we might have to getting a NIT bid. We absolutely MUST go at least 4-3, if not win one of the games we may not be favored in.

This is how I see the games ahead stacking up:

At TTU.......................W
UT at home.................W
ISU in Ames.................L
OSU at home...............W
Baylor in Waco.............L
UT in Austin.................L
A&M at home...............W

I think we all know that none of those games will be easy, as nothing has come easy for this team. They compete hard, but can't seem to get over the hump in close games.

Seventeen wins would be an improvement over the past two years and one short of the number of wins I predicted at the beginning of the season. As far as I'm concerned, anything more than that would be a bonus.

I agree with all of your predictions. We *have* to protect home court for the rest of the season. If we don't win all of our remaining home games, we're not making a postseason tournament, it's that simple.

Let's go win all 7 and then play for seed in the Big 12 tournament.

I think at Austin & at Ames are winnable games. I'm not saying it's likely, but I would love to see us steal one of those games. 5-2 would be fantastic for the next seven.

more likely imo, and those wins are all games that are toss-ups, this team is not good enough to automatically win the games they should

i also think OSU could beat us too, they are winning some games they shouldn't, i think they are better than us but their record is deceptive

I agree. I think OU can compete with those two teams on the road.

I see more "winnable" games than the four I picked, too. I also think we could lose a game we're expected to win.

I love how our kids compete and continue to be happy with the progress I've seen. But anyone who has watched this team play should know that there are no sure wins left on our schedule.
