Eh, from a ratings standpoint the evening games always draw better numbers. Pittsburgh also HAD to have the first slot because it’s the only region in East time zone today.

Don't think its as far fetched as people think. OU got in the tournament because of Trae Young. Yes the early season wins were a factor, but if we won those without Trae on this team, we are not dancing.

Yes the evening games have better ratings. So if you're the folks at the NCAA how do you increase ratings for the daytime games? Hint: Put the tourney's biggest star in the morning.

NCAA loves two things: money and to exploit their athletes.
