and this should be a good team next year. If Buddy decides to stay it could be an excellent team.

If Buddy comes back, I think we'll start the year in the top 10.

Roster included Osby, M'Baye, Fitzgerald, C.J. Washington, Barry Honore, and Tyler Neal in the post (and Casey Arent). Clark, Pledger, Carl Blair, and Calvin Newell (for a semester) at the guard/wing. Kruger signed Sam Grooms late.

Osby, M'Baye, Fitz, Pledger, Clark, and Grooms weren't a bad nucleus for a starting 5. Newell should have been more patient.

All of those guys but Clark were Juniors. Newell didn't stay at all. Basically Clark was our young guy. And he was never good enough to build around.
