Personally I would rather focus on what we do have to look forward to and not worry about what we don't have.Some people might point out that Lon did not recruit the Oklahoma Home School kid who lit up two of the best teams in Ok hs basketbal lbut signed with TCU..That kind of crap is pointless and devisive.

Weird. I kept thinking how nice it would be if we actually had a home court advantage. It's really hard to have much of one when the gym is 1/3 full.

Don't you follow rape music? East Coast is bad, West Coast is good. They killed Tupac over this stuff.

Actually, I have done a fair amount of deals with people on the East Coast and I find them to be extremely arrogant, dishonest and lacking morals. If you think this is crazy look at what they do in DC. Stealing is practically legal in that town.

I would rather deal with any region of the country, including Louisiana, over the east coast. (Louisiana is a tough place to do business because their customs tend to be a lot different than other parts of the country so I always worried I am getting screwed.)

Look at it this way, if Capel had gotten Spangler, he'd be a Junior right now. We'd only get to have him one more year. Now we get two more years of Spangler after this! It all works out in the end.

I agree as well. Sometimes people don't want to hear the truth and when someone elects to do such it comes across as arrogance. Also, when things get really tough it is usually the East coasters who will be the last to bail while the same thing cannot be said about others.

This was my thought as well.

Something has to be done. The atmosphere needs to change to add energy to the games, to make people want to come watch this growing Top 25 program. That's how OU can keep growing the program.
