Why would the coach need to check the status on a loan?
Why would the coach need to check the status on a loan?
umm, don't you think they might be interested if everything was done by the books? Who should they call to make sure that the loan was done in a proper way, Tiny or the people making the loan?
It is painfully obvious that you are a troll. Please get lost.
It is also painfully obvious that you don't mind casting a 'guilty' vote right after opening arguments. Why waste time waiting for the evidence when you can convict right away, right? If a defender has been brought into court, he must be guilty.Do you not understand the fact that the loan does not pertain in any way to OU? The University of Oklahoma is not a bank. They are not in the business to arrange loans, or "make sure they are done in a proper way."
It is painfully obvious that you don't care that OU is now no different than the school in Blue Chips.

:clapIf it was a loan, the coaching staff shouldnt contact a financial advisor 66 times about a small personal loan to pay tuition, lol. It has nothing to do with OU in any way.
Right on the money, Glory. There is not even another way to look at this.

The only facts that matter is the fact that there is a direct link via phone calls and text messages between an OU assistant coach and a financial adviser who wired money to the mother of an OU student athlete.
:clap
Seriously people...SIXTY SIX FREAKING TIMES??!!
I'm not sure what evidence could be brought forth that would explain that level of contact between an assistant basketball coach in Norman and a financial advisor in Florida.
And the financial advisor, via twitter, said he was in Norman in July 2009 and met WW as well. Then he twittered again he was in Norman in January to watch his boys WW and Tiny.
The guy was obviously a jock sniffer. Time will tell, if he was giving money to WW and Tiny, too.

So if the coaching staff finds out about a loan after the fact, and wants to make sure there weren't any rules violations, you don't expect they are going to investigate? Again, there is no evidence to suggest this is what happened, but it is just as plausible given the facts as what you are suggesting.
I know I'm not going to convince you off the ledge, and if it turns out that there isn't much more to the story, and no more punishments are handed down, you'll be the first in line screaming cover-up, so there isn't much point in this stupidity.
Maybe they became friends? Lovers? Gambling buddies? Maybe he was selling OT drugs on the side? Maybe he was giving OT interior design suggestions? Or maybe they were, in fact, arranging payment under the table to a top prospect?
There is no way to know without the texts.
Why did OT resign?

Let me make sure I understand. Is the hand that's in the cookie jar the same hand that has the smoking gun it it? If so, wouldn't that make it hard to get a cookie?
