Keenan or Jawun? I can see Jawun taking off but not Keenan.

I think he means Jawun.

Graham is no certainty. Depends on his draft projection and if Self can convince him to come back for his senior season. He may be the odds on favorite to run the offense next season, unless I'm missing someone or KU signs a PG in the late signing period.

I really don't get all this Jawun Evans isn't returning talk... He is 6'0'' (at best), and isn't a first round pack on any of the major draft boards. He's a great college player but he isn't a first round pick by any service.

I never check the NBA draft sites, so I'll take your word for where Jawun stands on the projected draft boards. All I know is he has been virtually unguardable in every game I have watched this season. If he played on a team with a better supporting cast, he might lead the league in every category used to judge the worth of a point guard.

You may be right. But, if it's true the NBA drafts players on their potential, he is a prospect I would take a chance on if I was a NBA coach or scout.

If I were Evans I would go now as long as I'm sure I'll get drafted and I think he would late first or second... he's probably not going to get any taller which is the biggest knock but he will get a year older so I don't see a chance to improve stock. Plus I think he wants to go

This is how I see it, too. Plus, even if he ends up in the D-League next year, as he almost certainly will, he gets a chance to prove himself to NBA teams against higher level competition.

There's just no reason to return. The fact that Hield improved his stock as a senior is an exception to the rule and a real testament to just what kind of a season Hield put up.

You think evans could have a Naismith season? No? Then he needs to go and get paid something somewhere

Yes jawun.

He almost left last year and didn't really improve his stock by staying. He learned his lesson. He gone.

Visit the ku board, graham and svi are both leaving. These guys don't need to be first rounders to go pro anymore. They can make money playing ball all over the world. Some players look at another year in college as one less year when they could have been getting paid.

KU is recruiting and telling guys it depends on who all leaves but that they think all of them leave.

Have you seen Jawun Evans' stat line from last night's game? 27 points on 11 of 23 shooting, 4 rebs., 9 assists, 4 steals and only 1 turnover looks like NBA good to me.

He was the catalyst in OSU's come from behind win, especially in the final minutes. He may not be a lottery pick. But I see him as a late first round or early second round pick if he decides to come out. That's not bad money.

Evans is one of the quickest guards I see this year..the kid has game. Not sure how well he will do at the next level.

Is Juwan Evans a better NBA prospect than Isaiah Cousins was last year? He's played PG longer. As fast or faster. Not as tall and probably not as good a defender as Cousins was.

They aren't remotely comparable. Evans will be a huge liability defensively. Cousins was drafted basically purely on defensive potential.

Evans can't defend anybody, is 5'11'', and shoots 37% from 3. Only hit 26 3's on the season. Excellent midrange game, excellent handles, great at taking it to the rim.

But he's 5'11'' and can't guard a single point guard in the NBA. He won't play at the next level. He will go to Europe and make a great living.
