Transfer Portal 2025

He's solid -- not great. Shooting is suspect, and he's not a super strong defender.

Also, on Stilwell...looks like he's only played one year of D-1 even though he's listed as a junior. I assume he's a juco kid and would have 3 years of eligibility at OU due to that lawsuit?? Anyone?
2024: Following a huge week on the court, was honored as the Lute Olson National Player of the Week Dec. 16 as well as being named one of five Oscar Robertson National Players of the Week the next day ... was also the Horizon League Under Armour Horizon Player of the Week and the Mid-Major Madness Player of the Week after he posted back-to-back double-doubles, shooting 58.3 percent (14-of-24) from the floor and 71.4 percent (5-of-7) from three-point range, adding three assists and three steals ... the national honors were a program-first.

Prior to MKE: A transfer into the program from Butler County Community College in El Dorado, Kansas … averaged 12.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in 27 games in 2023-24 for the Grizzlies, posting a dozen double-doubles helped along by 14 games of double-digit rebounds – including a high of 20 boards in a 16 point/20 rebound effort against State Fair CC in November … played his freshman season at Miami-Dade Community College, averaging 13.9 points and 8.4 rebounds in 29 games … was picked for a spot on the All-Southern Conference First-Team, to the D1 FCSAA/NJCAA Region VIII All-Tournament Team, and to JUCOrecruiting.com's Fab 50 Juco Freshman List.

and that means by the way that depending on the final Juco ruling he may have 3 years left of college basketball

Might be a dumb question but never really seeing him play a full game, only highlights, can Jones play the 2? or would our 4 (Stillwell?) just be small?

Stilwell, for some reason, reminds me of a right handed Terrell Everett.
Hmm. He's like 40+ lbs heavier and 3-4 inches taller than Everett.

But man, was Relly Rell smooth. Never forget that oop pass to Taj Gray at the LNC I think against Texas. The reality is he's a lot closer to Jeremiah Fears than Stillwell. They are both similar in their ability to get to the rim. Everett seemed like a better outside shooter, though percentages aren't that much different.

Back to Stilwell- we'll see if our NIL has changed, as he seems like a must-get. If PM could snag him, maybe the dude from IN, along with Kai and Mo.. our frontline would look closer to SEC quality than we've had across the board in a long time. Probably since Spang, Muni, and Latin.

There’s a bench at McNeese too.

Maybe Cole will play some there, but he seems like a borderline D2 guy, especially after the ACL.

Maybe Sutton is better than we think he is?
I like him, a lot.

You don't win CPOY without being skilled. Even if the Summit is down this year.

He'll help a P4 for sure (starter or off the bench). Unfortunately for myself, I don't see enough signs, yet, that point to OU being heavily interested.

Give me Stilwell and Sutton at the 4, and I would be one happy camper.
